Chauncey Bowens, a junior running back at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach, Florida, has had his eyes set on being a Florida Gator for a while. However, as the start of his college career draws near, a variety of other schools are making a run at the young star, including the Ohio State Buckeyes. Bowens has never been to Columbus but said the reputation of the program has earned the Buckeyes at least some thought from him, even if they’re not high on his shortlist. “I wouldn’t say add them to a top three or anything, but I definitely have to go consider them and go visit,” Bowens said.
