COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s list of NFL Scouting Combine invitations has dwindled a bit the past few years, compared to the Buckeyes’ historical highs. Expect that to change — perhaps significantly — next year. One does not need to stretch much to come up with a list of 18 players who could earn invitations to the annual scouting showcase. Some of them will be early entry invites, including some third-year players. But those are also players who arrived at OSU as major prospects on a three-year trajectory to the pros.
