The Ohio State women’s basketball team earned a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament and will host the first and second rounds at Value City Arena. For the first time since 2018, the Ohio State women’s basketball will play at home in the NCAA Tournament. The Buckeyes, who finished fourth in the Big Ten in the regular season and as the runner-up in the Big Ten Tournament, earned the right to host the first two rounds. As a No. 3 seed in the bracket, Ohio State will face No. 14 James Madison. In the second round, they would play the winner of North Carolina and a play-in game between Purdue and St. John’s. For the 2023 tournament, there are just two regional hosts: Greenville and Seattle.
