Ohio State had its first home game of the new season today, matching up against a fellow in-state team, the Youngstown State Penguins. The Buckeyes had an up and down performance much like last week against Indiana but ultimately coasted to a win. The Buckeyes got their superstar receivers involved early and often after struggling to get the ball to Marvin Harrison Jr. and Emeka Egbuka last week. Both had stellar performances this week. Harrison Jr. had 160 yards and two touchdowns, including a 71-yarder for the opening score of the game. Egbuka caught five passes for 94 yards with his biggest catch being a 28-yard touchdown on fourth down to stretch the lead to 28-7 at the end of the first half.
