Ohio State managed just 35 points in its entire game two weeks ago against FCS-level Youngstown State, leading to Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day to then criticize the new clock rules that slightly shorten a game, faulting them for Ohio State not pouring on the points against the Penguins.
