CLEVELAND, Ohio — When four-star offensive tackle Carter Lowe out of Toledo Whitmer released his top five schools at the end of October, the Buckeyes knew they were in for a fight to bring in one of the top linemen in the nation. Ohio State has been high on Lowe since offering him in January, before his junior season. Lowe has been in attendance several times in Columbus while also considering Michigan, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama.
