COLUMBUS, Ohio — No day of speculation about Devin Brown’s future with Ohio State football would be complete without a cryptic social media post. Hours before former Kansas State quarterback Will Howard committed to the Buckeyes, Brown posted a black-and-white photo on Instagram. It appeared to show him walking into the tunnel towards the AT&T Stadium locker room following a 14-3 loss to Missouri in the Cotton Bowl. As with similar posts Brown made in the past, he did use his own words to make a statement. In this case he turned to the lyrics of the song “Patience” by Bankroll Freddie featuring Lil Baby.
