Ohio State at Indiana: Buckeyes Will Prove Hoosiers Are Laughing Stock of B1G

Question: What is funnier than the Big Ten changing its division names to “Legends” and “Leaders”?

The answer is how the conference has been performing this season.

There are currently two ranked teams in the latest AP Poll from the Big Ten, which is sad because even the Big East has more teams in the Top 25. The highest-ranked team is a squad that isn’t even eligible to participate in postseason play, so that spot on the polls is really irrelevant to the 2012 season.

But the No. 8 team in the country is the Ohio State Buckeyes, who will improve to 7-0 on the year after they drop the Indiana Hoosiers this weekend. Urban Meyer’s team has already knocked off two ranked opponents in consecutive weeks, including a 63-38 beatdown of the Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Ohio State is loaded on talent and doesn’t show mercy for the rest of the conference, as the program is out to run the table to make up for not being eligible for a bowl game.

Indiana is a team that is lacking in the talent department and is searching for its first conference victory since the end of 2010.
