Recruits Urban Meyer, Ohio State Must Land to Have No. 1 Overall Class for 2013

Urban Meyer has done a great job in his first year as the Ohio State Buckeyes’ head coach, but in order to have a truly complete first year, Meyer needs to try to get the No. 1 overall recruiting class in the land.

Meyer is known as a great recruiter from his time at Florida, and he currently has the Buckeyes’ 2013 class ranked at a very respectable No. 7 overall by Rivals.com, but he has the recruiting ability—and Ohio State has the draw—to pull in a few more elite recruits that very well could propel them up to the No. 1 ranking.

Here are three recruits Ohio State must land to get the No. 1 overall class:

Robert Foster, 5-star WR, Central Valley (PA):

Robert Foster is 6’3”, 190 pounds and runs a 4.49 40 according to 247Sports. They also have Ohio State near the top of his list, only behind Alabama and the home state Pittsburgh Panthers.

Simply put, Foster is a guy that can be a program changer for Meyer, and he alone can propel OSU up the recruiting rankings.
