North Ridgeville’s McCall commits to Ohio State

Ohio State has three top-tier quarterbacks on its roster and everyone is wondering who is going to be in charge of the Buckeyes’ passing game next season. It appears the same questions are going to soon pop up about Ohio State’s rushing attack. North Ridgeville junior Demario McCall announced his oral commitment to the Buckeyes on Sunday afternoon, giving Ohio State its third top-five running back in the class of 2016. “It felt like home every time I stepped into the place … and they always say there’s no place like home,” McCall said when asked how Ohio State beat out dozens of other top Division I programs. “I just fit in there, I felt nothing but love. I think I’ll be doing a lot of different things with the ball. I think I’ll be in motion a lot … just causing trouble back there.” While Durbin refers to McCall as a lockdown corner and said his superior skills on special teams could help him get on the Ohio Stadium field sooner, he knows that McCall will amaze Buckeyes fans with his moves as a running back…
