Here’s a look at what we learned about Ohio State and Maryland: Big Ten Media Days: East Day 1 | West Day 1 | Schedule Previews: Michigan Wolverines | Urban Meyer, Ohio State Buckeyes: As expected, Meyer confirmed that freshman running back Mike Weber is going to be the expected starter. He also stated unequivocally that “there’s no chance that Bri’onte (Dunn) will come back.” Without Dunn, depth is a concern, especially since Meyer prefers to have four “bodies” at running back. He named veterans Curtis Samuel and Dontre Wilson (H-Back), as well as freshmen Demario McCall (true freshman) and Antonio Williams, along with Weber. While talented, it’s a group that’s largely unproven or has underachieved.
