Brown, a Flanders native, a 2014 Pope John High School graduate and a redshirt sophomore wide receiver for the Buckeyes, announced Saturday night via his Twitter account that he will not play his final two years and will enter the NFL Draft this spring. A phone message left for Brown on Sunday was not immediately returned.
