Other sports books have the Buckeyes favored by as few as three points. Ohio State and Penn State will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Beaver Stadium, with the game televised on ABC. The Buckeyes won 39-38 last year in Columbus. The last time the teams met in State College, Pa., Penn State won 24-21. Ohio State is 2-1 at Beaver Stadium under head coach Urban Meyer.
