COLUMBUS, Ohio — No. 4 Ohio State is a 4.5-point favorite at No. 9 Penn State on Saturday night, according to lines provided by VegasInsider.com. Other sports books have the Buckeyes favored by as few as three points. Ohio State and Penn State will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in Beaver Stadium, with the game televised on ABC. The Buckeyes won 39-38 last year in Columbus. The last time the teams met in State College, Pa., Penn State won 24-21. Ohio State is 2-1 at Beaver Stadium under head coach Urban Meyer.
