AP Top 25 basketball poll: Ohio State stays at No. 15

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State stayed put at No. 15 in the updated Associated Press college basketball poll. It’s the Buckeyes’ fourth straight week in the Top 25 after coming into the season unranked. Ohio State (9-1, 2-0 Big Ten) played in just one game last week in a 73-71 win over Bucknell and currently rides three-game winning streaking going heading into its contest with Youngstown State on Tuesday. Kansas returned to the top spot in the poll with an 8-0 record receiving 56 first-place votes. The Jayhawks were the preseason No. 1 team in the country. No. 2 Duke, No. 3 Tennessee, No. 4 Gonzaga, No. 5 Michigan and No. 6 Virginia also received first-place votes. New to the Top 25 are No. 24 Houston along with Syracuse, Indiana and Kansas State, who are in a three-way tie for No. 25. In total the Big Ten sports six teams…
