COLUMBUS, Ohio — No. 15 Ohio State knocked off Youngstown State 75-56 to earn its fourth straight victory. Though the game ended in a blowout, the Buckeyes did much of its damage in the second half after struggling to make shots in the first half. Ohio State has had some rough stretches like any other team this year, but none were rougher than the Buckeyes’ first half performance against Youngstown State. The Buckeyes missed their first seven shots and didn’t score until the 15:18 mark. Ohio State shot 24.1 percent from the field and only Kaleb Wesson made more than one shot as they trailed 25-22 at the half. For much of the first half, their rebounding totals outnumbered their point total. Youngstown State was no better shooting 33.3 percent but still managed to lead for the entire first half.
