It’s been quite a week for the Ohio State Buckeyes. After a Rose Bowl win over Washington, the hiring of a new passing game coordinator in Mike Yurcich, and more rumors of who could be joining Ryan Day’s newest defensive staff, there’s been little downtime for Ohio State. The interesting thing to note here is how active the Buckeyes are this week even after the bowl game. Knowing though that Ryan Day needs to solidify his staff and get after the recruiting trail again as top priority, there’s really no surprise in the moving pieces and how quickly they’re moving. It looks as if one of the greatest lessons Day has taken from Meyer and put into practice is the recruiting efforts.
