COLUMBUS — Quarterback Tate Martell announced late Tuesday he’s transferring to the University of Miami after two seasons with the Ohio State Buckeyes. Martell, a five-star recruit in the 2017 class, redshirted as a freshman and made his debut last fall as a backup to Dwayne Haskins. He completed 23 of 28 passes for 269 yards and one touchdown in six games.
