It looks like Urban Meyer will still be busy on Saturday afternoons, despite no longer being on the sidelines as Ohio State’s head football coach. According to The Sporting News, Meyer is close to a deal with Fox Sports to become its star college football analyst. The 54-year-old Meyer will reportedly have his choice of being a studio analyst or a color commentator during game broadcasts. Last December, Meyer announced his retirement as Buckeyes head coach following the Rose Bowl, citing health issues as the primary reason. He finished with an 83-9 record in his seven seasons with Ohio State, including three Big Ten championships and the 2015 College Football Playoff title.
