Ohio State’s 2020 recruiting class is off to a booming start. With more than a year remaining until next year’s national signing day, the Buckeyes have acquired seven verbal commitments and the class sits at No. 3 nationally in the 247Sports Class Rankings. The most recent came Monday in four-star OG Jakob James. While the class is one of the best in the country, the entirety of the class consists of offensive players. This fact is not lost on the Ohio State coaching staff though and the school is the latest to offer one of the country’s top defensive prospects in Luke Hill (Washington, DC / St. John’s College High School).
