Three observations before Ohio State basketball faces No. 22 Iowa on Tuesday

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The first time Ohio State played Iowa it came out on the short end of a 72-62 loss on the road. That game the Buckeyes’ leading scorer Kaleb Wesson was limited to a season-low two points making just one of his five shots. He turned the ball over five times and committed four fouls. At that point in the season both Keyshawn Woods and Kyle Young were still starters — its the only game this season that C.J. Jackson has played in and not started — but neither contributed much offensively scoring a combined eight points.
