Winston and Loyer combined for 32 points as No. 6 Michigan State basketball pulled away in to a 77-70 victory over Ohio State in the Big Ten tournament quarterfinals at United Center. Loyer delivered a career-high 14 points, including four 3-pointers, while Winston came on strong late and led the Spartans with 18 points.
