Tom Izzo: Michigan State's Cassius Winston played injured vs. Ohio State

Show Thumbnails Show Captions Last SlideNext Slide Michigan State basketball star Cassius Winston played through an injured toe and foot on Friday, Spartans coach Tom Izzo said on the Big Ten Network broadcast.  Winston played against Ohio State on Friday in the Big Ten tournament in Chicago, scoring a game-high 18 points in the 77-70 victory.
