The Ohio State Buckeyes are trending in the 247Sports Crystal Ball for the nation’s top-ranked wide receiver, who is set to make his commitment later this month. After picking up three predictions on Friday for Catawissa (Pa.) Southern Columbia five-star wideout Julian Fleming, Ohio State is quickly closing the gap on Penn State in the Crystal Ball. The Nittany Lions still lead the way with 53 percent of the predictions, but the Buckeyes are now up to 41 percent, while the remaining six percent of predictions belong to Clemson. Fleming holds 31 reported offers from programs around the country, but he revealed Friday that he’s down to five finalists and plans to announce his decision on May 31.
