Ohio State baseball drops night cap to Penn State 10-6

© File Photo File PhotoAt the end of the day it was a series win, but at this point the Ohio State baseball team needs to pick up as many wins as it can. In the night cap of a double header Saturday, the Buckeyes got in too big of a hole to be able climb all the way back and eventually lost the game 10-6. With the loss, Ohio State remains on the outside looking in for the Big Ten Tournament if the season were to end today. There’s just one more three-game series left next weekend on the road against Purdue to try and do enough to squeak into all the fun in Omaha. The Buckeyes are one game back of where they need to be, with Final in Game 2 at Bill Davis Stadium. Buckeyes move to 27-24 overall and 9-12 in Big Ten play. #GoBucks pic.twitter.com/GPEsamjj09…
