Oklahoma State and Tulsa put down a strong early entry for game of the tournament on Friday. The Cowgirls pulled out a 13-10, come-from-behind win on the strength of four home runs, including a go-ahead grand slam from Chyenne Factor in the sixth. Samantha Show tacked on the Cowgirls’ final homer in the seventh, and added her patented bat flip. The 23 combined runs tied for third-most in tournament history. By Sunday, only 16 teams will remain in the hunt for the national championship, which will be awarded June 4 or 5 at the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City.
