Despite finishing with a 9-4 record last season, Penn State appeared to be a program with a lot of momentum in terms of recruiting. The Nittany Lions got off to a very good start with their 2020 class and appeared to be a lock to finish in the top-10 of the 247Sports Composite team rankings. However, this week alone they have had a trio of 4-star prospects de-commit, and have fallen to the No. 20 class in the land.
