The Nittany Lions have lost three 4-star recruits in the past week to de-commitments — which comes soon after they lost out on 5-star Pennsylvania recruit Julian Fleming to the hated Ohio State Buckeyes. Penn State’s former Top 10 class of 2020 has now slipped to just inside the Top 25 without much easy reasoning for the abrupt change of directions.
