One of those targets is four-star defensive back Clark Phillips out of California and he’s pretty brash about his intentions in Columbus. He announced his commitment live via CBS Sports HQ and had trumpeted his versatility for the Buckeye program. He believes he can play any of the defensive back positions. Even more exciting for Ohio State fans though is that Phillips is ready to hit the trail to help in the recruiting efforts as well. He’s currently on campus on an official visit along with fifteen more or so (not including unofficial visits), which means its a prime time to try and sell other OSU targets on the program.
