Ohio State football’s game against Northwestern is fourth most-watch in BTN history: Buckeye Breakfast


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State improved to 7-0 after a 52-3 win over Northwestern on Friday night. The rematch of the 2018 Big Ten Championship brought in a massive television audience peaking at 2.191 million viewers and averaged 1.636 million. That stands as the fourth most-watch game in the history of the Big Ten Network. The high number of viewers comes despite the late switch from FS1 to the Big Ten Network to accommodate for the ALCS being rescheduled following a rainout. This past week the Buckeyes win along with Illinois upset win over Wisconsin and Minnesota’s win over Rutgers gave the network its largest total weekly audience since October of 2016.
