COLUMBUS, Ohio — For the first time since 2012, there is a defensive player as a finalist for the Heisman Trophy Award and his name is Chase Young. Despite missing two games, Young still managed to lead the nation in sacks with 16.5. That’s 1.5 more than what his original goal was coming into the season. As a five-star recruit out of Maryland, he was expected to be the next elite defensive lineman to learn under Larry Johnson at Ohio State.
