National Signing Day 2020: Recapping the news and notes about Ohio State and around college football


COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Early Signing Period has arrived in college football for the recruiting class of 2020. Wednesday’s National Signing Day was the first time players across the country can sign their National Letters of Intent to the school of their choice. Letters came in starting at 7 a.m. as Ohio State got 24 players from its class signed, including four-star quarterback CJ Stroud, who committed shortly after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday was a day full of signings, flips, big decisions and unique signing announcements from all across the country.
