COLUMBUS, Ohio — At this time a year ago, Ohio State football guard Wyatt Davis was an up-and-comer. By the end of the 2019 season, Davis had lost one hyphen and gained a new title: All-American. A consensus All-American at that — the third on the Buckeyes’ offensive line in the last four years. The previous two OSU linemen in this run — Billy Price and Pat Elflein — both played center. So does Josh Myers, who after earning respect across the Big Ten in 2019 is poised to experience the kind of breakthrough Davis enjoyed last season. Ohio State has not had two consensus All-American offensive linemen in the same season since Steve Myers and Kurt Schumacher in 1974.
