We had a chance to catch up with safety Lathan Ransom, a 2020 Ohio State football signee who will be among the newcomers arriving on campus this weekend. Members of the Ohio State football team will be reunited this weekend after quarantining for the last 2-1/2 months due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Team members will be enrolled in summer semester classes online and also begin their summer conditioning in advance of the 2020 season. Ransom, listed at 6-1 and 193 pounds, was a four star signee out of Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe Catholic. He was ranked as the nation’s No. 167, No. 11 safety and No. 4 overall in Arizona, according to the 247Sports Composite.
