Wisconsin has emerged as a Big Ten contender with four West division titles in the past six years. But once the Badgers have arrived in Indianapolis, they’ve struggled to seal the deal against Ohio State and Penn State. There is a bit of a talent gap between the Big Ten’s two divisions. But Wisconsin appears to be working at closing that gap in the next couple years. The Badgers enjoyed a nice June on the recruiting trail and pushed up the Big Ten recruiting rankings, where they’re trailing the usual suspects on the trail.
