
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s 2021 quarterback commit Kyle McCord is officially a member of the 2020 Elite 11 camp’s top 11 performers. He joins Justin Fields, C.J. Stroud — who took home MVP honors in their respective years — Dwayne Haskins and Tate Martell — who’s now at Miami (Fla.) — as futures Buckeyes to make the final list. After reportedly having an inconsistent first day, five-star recruit rated by 247Sports as the No. 24 player and No. 3 pro-style quarterback responded by winning Day 2 as the top performer during the Pro Day. His score of 45 points trails only Stroud all time and ties with Alabama’s 2020 quarterback Bryce Young. He shot up from No. 8 in the rankings to No. 3 following the performance.
