The official Penn State athletics website no longer lists a 2020 football schedule. It doesn’t mean a Big Ten season won’t be played this fall. Rather, it signals the uncertainty about exactly how many contests will be played and also when the action will begin. Kevin Warren, the first-year conference commissioner, has a near-impossible task in front of him: Coordinating a nine- or 10-game season in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.
