What Zen Michalski’s commitment means for Ohio State football: Buckeye Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Look no further than Ohio State football’s presumptive starting offensive line this fall to see the importance of both big-time prospects and big-time development. At four positions, the Buckeyes project to start either a consensus five-star prospect — Nicholas Petit-Frere or Paris Johnson at right tackle, Wyatt Davis at right guard, Harry Miller at left guard — or a near-miss in center Josh Myers. Yet at left tackle — a position critical to protecting Justin Fields, a generational talent at quarterback — the Buckeyes trust the man ranked 285th in the 2017 class per the 247 Sports composite.
