
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Offensive lineman Zen Michalski of Floyd Central High School in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, has committed to Ohio State football just six days after decommitting from Louisville. Rated as the No. 625 overall player and No. 48 offensive tackle, the three-star recruit chose the Buckeyes from a top-four that included the Cardinals, Florida State and Penn State. Landing Michalski has also started a pipeline of three-star offensive linemen for the Buckeyes as its the third-straight year they’ve gone into Indiana for one. Ohio State landed Dawand Jones in 2019 and followed up with Josh Fryar — who recently lost his black stripe — in 2020. Both are viewed as developmental players — though Jones could end up in the two-deep as a right guard — and Michalski can be described as the same.
