COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football expects all 20 members of its 2021 recruiting class to sign next Wednesday, but on Friday, it’ll find out if that number will climb to 21. Emeka Egbuka of Steilacoom High School in Washington is the No. 9 player in the country and holds the key to the Buckeyes landing the nation’s No. 1 wide receiver in three-straight recruiting classes. He’ll choose between OSU, Oklahoma and Washington a week after visiting the Sooners campus. The plan was always for Egbuka to visit Oklahoma before he decided, whether that was doing so after the recruiting dead period lifted or taking the route other top players are using and just sitting in the stands of a game as a “fan.” He chose the latter so he and his father could see the campus and spend some time around Caleb Willaims, the No. 1 quarterback in the country…
