Projecting Ohio State football’s 2022 cornerback recruits following Domani Jackson’s decision on Saturday: Buckeyes Recruiting


COLUMBUS, Ohio — Another one of Ohio State football’s top targets in the 2022 recruiting class is set to come off the board on Saturday. Domani Jackson of Mater Dei High School in California — the No. 3 player and No. 1 cornerback — will choose between the Buckeyes, Arizona State, Clemson, Michigan, Oklahoma and USC. However, momentum doesn’t seem to be favoring OSU. There is a high possibility that Ohio State will lose out on Jackson. If that happens, he would join Amani Winfield as players in the 2022 class who seemed to at one point be OSU locks before going elsewhere. Winfield was once thought to be the second wide receiver in the class alongside Caleb Burton before choosing to stay home and play for Steve Sarkisian at Texas.
