Just three weeks ago, the Ohio State basketball team was sitting outside of the top 25 in the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll. But what a difference three weeks can make. The Buckeyes have been making leaps and bounds over the past few weeks. From not being ranked to No. 18, then to No. 15 last week. Now in the latest coaches poll, the OSU basketball team has made another jump, this time into the top ten with a No. 9 ranking. Chris Holtman’s club had an excellent run in the month of January. During that stretch, the Buckeyes came away with six wins and only two losses. Even the two games dropped were hard-fought battles that could’ve gone either way, losing by a combined total of only five points.
