COLUMBUS, Ohio — One comparison illuminates the recruiting gap between Ohio State football and the rest of the Big Ten Conference. The Buckeyes began February with more five-star commitments for its 2022 class than the rest of the conference combined to sign for 2021. If that 2022 class ends up being a bit on the smaller side, Ohio State may already be about halfway to completing it.
