If you haven’t heard, there’s a pretty big basketball game taking place between Ohio State and Michigan on Sunday. And while hoops might never approach the level of fervor and anticipation that these two old rivals meeting on the gridiron do, it’s still a monumental matchup. In fact, it’s the first time the two programs have met in hoops with both ranked in the top five of the country. So yeah, a historic meeting is on tap. Michigan has been arguably a better program over the last few years than the one on the banks of the Olentangy, but the Buckeyes own the overall advantage over their neighbors to the north 99-72 (including vacated wins on both sides).
