COLUMBUS, Ohio — While the Ohio State football program has offered 18 defensive linemen in the class of 2022, only one recruit, Bear Alexander (Georgia) has made a commitment, while others have opted to wait. The main attraction is Larry Johnson and his legacy of sending defensive linemen to the NFL. Yet, the dead period has led to a handful of recruits waiting to meet coaches in-person before they make a life-long decision.
