Mike Sensibaugh, former NFL safety from Lockland High School and Ohio State, dies at 72

Former Lockland High School and Ohio State Buckeyes standout and National Football League safety Mike Sensibaugh, died last week, his wife announced on Facebook. He was 72. Sensibaugh was inducted into the Buddy LaRosa’s High School Sports Hall of Fame in 1975 – the Hall’s inaugural class. The Cincinnati native played eight NFL seasons, including five with the Kansas City Chiefs. He had 27 interceptions and 12 fumble recoveries in 92 career NFL games and was second in the league with eight interceptions during the 1972 season. Start the day smarter.
