
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Even after Baron Browning felt at home at Ohio State, it took a while to find his home on the football field. So the feedback he received through the pre-NFL Draft process likely sounded familiar. Browning’s draft stock has risen since the end of the season, despite a lack of consensus as to whether he is an outside linebacker, an inside linebacker or a defensive end. “One team told me they wanted me to play Mike (linebacker) and be a situational pass rusher,” Browning said after OSU’s Pro Day last month. “The majority of teams talked to me about the 3-4 stand-up role.
