Ohio State's Justin Fields, Wyatt Davis to attend 2021 NFL Draft virtually

While there are a number of Buckeyes that will hear their name called in next week’s NFL Draft, the two most likely to come off the board early are quarterback Justin Fields and offensive lineman Wyatt Davis. While both these players would love to be first-round picks, and Fields undoubtedly will be selected in the first 32 picks, neither will be on-site in Cleveland for this year’s NFL Draft. The NFL announced on Friday the 13 players that will attend the draft in person and no Buckeyes were on the list. Fields and Davis, however, are among the 45 players that will “participate virtually in Draft festivities,” similar to how the NFL Draft was held last year with cameras wherever the player and his family and friends are watching the draft. There will also be 32 current and “Legends” players that will take part in the draft, the NFL announced.…
