The Browns drafted Ohio State’s Tommy Togiai in the fourth round. Confession time: I didn’t spend a lot of time watching the Buckeyes’ defensive line. But I also know OSU pumps out terrific pro players. He had three sacks vs. Penn State. 2. Maybe Togiai isn’t ready to play a lot in the NFL right now. Or maybe he is, because OSU plays the highest level of college football. I like the idea of adding another young defensive tackle, especially one who was rated the No. 3 defensive tackle in the entire country when coming out of high school.
