Damon Arnette had an even lower profile in the 2015 class — No. 653 — and still developed into a first-round selection. The above is not a prediction that Ryan Turner — who committed to the Buckeyes on Wednesday — will also develop into a first-rounder. The cornerback out of Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, Florida, was ranked No. 380 in the 247 Sports national composite at the moment he committed.
