Former Ohio State wide receiver Johnnie Dixon has a new NFL home. After working out for the Dallas Cowboys recently, the team has signed him to a one-year deal, according to his agent Jason Bernstein. This is a big opportunity for Dixon, who was an undrafted free agent out of Ohio State in 2019. He initially latched on with the Arizona Cardinals following the draft but was never able to stick with the team. He also recently worked out for the Cleveland Browns. Dixon had a fine career at Ohio State despite the first few years not going the way he hoped due to injury. Dixon was a four-star prospect coming out of Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens and the country’s ninth-best receiver in the 2014 recruiting class according to the 247Sports Composite.
